Ali Campbell, Of UB40, Releases Single "Silhouette," Title Track Off Upcoming LP, Touring UK7/22/2014 Ali Campbell, of UB40, has a new single, Silhouette, out now. The song is the title track off the singer's upcoming LP. The LP features originals and "reggaefied" covers of songs by Bob Dylan, The Chi-Lites and The Beatles. The title track is a cover of a song by American do whoppers The Rays. The release reunites Campbell with UB40 bandmates Astro and Mickey. Festival dates in the UK this summer will be followed by a UK tour. Hopefully they hit the USA at some point. Kimbra, out of New Zealand and residing in Los Angeles, has a new song for your perusal. Miracle is off her upcoming LP, The Golden Echo. Check out the single below. Kimbra is also heading out on a USA tour in the fall with Empress Of in support. The tour includes a stop at the Life Is Beautiful Festival in Las Vegas (October 24-26, 2014). It isn't far off to say there is a 70s disco vibe in the single.
